During this topic children will:

• Create an abstract portrait in the style of Picasso.
• Write dictated sentences using capital letters and full stops.
• Draw our family tree.
• Decode all of our phase 3 sounds.
• Identify and describe all of our senses.
• Find out more about animals including humans.
• To understand how we’ve changed since babies.
• Look at photos from the past.
• To understand their own history.
• To start to understand their own feelings.
• To understand what is kind and unkind behaviour.
• Learning what rituals are.
